Jump-in Times Q&A's
Q: Can I make a reservation for a drop in session.
A: No. It’s always a first come first serve except Date-night Fridays. If you cannot make it by start time, we will take your reservation with payment in full over the phone.
Q: How big is your facility?
A: 2500 sq ft. What I found is that Moms don’t relax when they can’t see their children so I developed the space to be one large open room (party tables separated by only a ½ wall) so you can actually sit & relax, surf your laptop, watch TV or mingle with other Parents (of course we always encourage you to exercise with your kids ;) So the moral of this story is “bigger is not always better”.

Q: What’s the weight limit on the inflatable's? Can Adults jump?
A: Depending on which inflatable it is-anywhere from 500lbs to 1,000lbs-its posted outside the inflatable near the entrances. We definitely encourage the Parents to jump with their kids. Its a great form of exercise and your kids will love it!
Q: What is the max amount of kids a loud to play at one time?
A: Depends on the ages of the jumping kids, how many parents came per child or if parents are jumping too. But usually we will put a full sign up at around 25. We can hold more than that but we don’t want to make Parents too uncomfortable.
Q: Is there a busier day than other days?
A: It varies by the season. I wish there was a way to know but a MOMS group can decide to come in and almost fill the facility or a Parent decides to bring in the neighbor kids for a little impromptu birthday party. It’s best to be there at start time or call before you head over.

Q: Can I have a birthday party during an open play?
A: Yes but there is not a reservation for the space so its best if you are there at start time so that you can claim a table if need be. If you bring in any food for it (cake, chips, etc...) there is a food fee of $10.00 (a call to us ahead of time to prepare us would be great).
Q: What are the prices for jumping- "I have a 1 year old and a 4 year old?"
A: We charge from 2yrs thru 11yrs. We will not charge the under 2 yrs if there is a paying sibling. We still encourage you to take your under 2 yr old out and slide with them and we will usually have some sort of infant equipment like an excersaucer or jump-a-roo that you can use.

Party Packages Q&A's
Q: How do I reserve a party?
A: Your spot is not guaranteed unless you have paid a non-refundable deposit. See our calendar by clicking on its link to find an open day/time, review our FAQs page, then Or call us @ 253-826-5867-leave time and day of party & someone will call or email you back at our next scheduled function.
Q: Do I share any part of my party time with another party?
A: No, unless you purposely schedule it during an open play session. Talk with one of us if that is what you are hoping to do.
Q: I need to invite more than the 20 limit of kids-is that OK if they all show up?
A: There is a $5.00 fee per child after you reach 20 (including birthday child). We can fit a lot of kids in here depending on age but it definitely makes it a bit longer to accomplish each task. If you think you are going to have more than 30 kids, please call us as soon as you know you participants. We need to have extra staff in house for your function to move along smoother. If guests bring in unexpected siblings, let us know and we will point out to that guest that there is a fee for siblings (if you are over your 20).

Q: Can I bring in snacks along with my basic birthday foods - cake, ice cream?
A: There is a food fee applied to outside foods that you bring in. The only exception is party cake, ice cream, drinks, and pizza ordered through us . The outside food fee covers the extra time needed in staff clean up. No food allowed in jumping area.
Q: Can I bring in decorations and/or supplies?
A: Sure but you are responsible for hanging, removing and all that applies. We ask that if you want to bring in a pinata that you only stuff it with toys. We don't recommend this since you are paying to actually enjoy the party so the less you have to do, the better. If you have a themed party, you are more than welcome to bring in your own paper products, utensils and use ours for back up.

Q: What do I need to do during the party?
A: We just ask that you help guide parents to the waiver counter before their kid(s) start jumping. Other than that, if you don't have any specific time lines, we will guide your party from start to finish. Our goal is to allow you to relax, mingle, jump, take pictures and enjoy the party!
Q: Can I use the 2 hrs any way I want to?
A: Yes, however we have found a schedule that works best and keeps the kids happy. We welcome you ideas and will be more than happy to do it your way.
Q: Can I come early to set up?
A: Yes- Generally 15 minutes. In most cases, there will be a function before yours and it takes about 15 minutes to excuse them and then clean up. If you don't mind us getting ready for your party, we will clean during transition.

Q: Do you have a freezer for ice cream cake, etc..
A: Yes. We can fit a Costco sized cake in our fridge and a few boxes of ice cream in our freezer. We recommend ice cream cups and regular cake for time sake. After all, the kids want to JUMP!!!
Q: Do I need to do anything after the party?
A: Once your guests have left, it is a good time to settle up on all charges if any. Also take a good look around for items left behind by your guests. Other than that, we time the events during your party in such a way that we are able to clean up through out the party and we dispose of all items that your are not wanting to take home with you.
Q: Am I expected to tip my hostess?
A: Like any service, if you were happy with it, it is always appreciated.

Q: What time can I have my party?
A: We have fixed time slots for Saturday & Sundays (10:30-12:30, 1-3, 3:30-5:30, 6-8pm) however if you are the first to schedule on a Sunday, the times can be adjusted ½ an hour to an hour either direction since we do not offer a play session Sunday mornings. Weekdays are whatever you choose. We prefer to work around the open play sessions but that can be worked out, just call us.
